        I had a situation whereas I couldn't get inside my unit, however the emergency number ( Representatives) were really helpful thru the process. though it took a while the ladies ensured me that it will get resolved and it did. The property manager ( Haley) was extremely helpful and very apologetic. The way she handled my situation, I am very satisfied with Extra Space service.
