        Update to previous post. They did it again. Another rate increase in January 2024. 36% increase in 12 months. Avoid this place!!! There are less expensive options in this area. Very nice facility and easy access but my issue is with their pricing. At exactly the 90 day mark after I signed my lease, I received a rental rate increase notice of 12%. No explanation whatsoever, just a notice of my new rate. This is a bait and switch tactic and very unprofessional. I reached out the the site manger and I received no reply. I hate to move my stuff after only 3 months but I am looking at other options and in Alpharetta, there are plenty of options. Beware of these deceptive rental price practices if you decide to sign a lease here. Update 3.23.2023: still no response from the site manager to my email questioning the 12% rental rate increase after only 90 days. Avoid this place.
