The hotel "appeared" nice but the heat on the second floor was brutal. Even adjusting the room temperature, the hallways were way too hot. I woke up unable to breath and ended up getting sick the next day.

As a person who worked there and saw what the management of the owners, I genuinely recommend people stop booking at this location; the current owner gives the bare minimum to the guest, doesn't replace broken or tarnished items in the hotel and overcharges guests for snacks from their market along with mistreating the working staff/ environment. As of 4/7/2024, I witnessed a guest who even worked with the company of hotel, be wrongfully terminated, and put out of the hotel (they're homeless now) with his two kids. I witnessed the dissatisfaction of the housekeeping staff over time, along with others who were wrongfully terminated by the owner for not taking sides the owner, Jenny Cai, or avoided the matter as a whole after an internal dispute took place between the former General Manager and her (the owner). I shared the statement to back the claim of how little the owner of the hotel cares for its guests and working staff who are there more than the owner herself and knows more of the job and positions. As stated in the beginning, I genuinely recommend people stop booking at this location. Noteworthy details: If a guests wishes to cancel their reservation, one is charged for a night's stay. If a guest checks out early, one will still be charged as of they stayed the whole time: The guests are not refunded the difference.
