It was not what I originally booked through the Hyatt website. However I got a better room than expected. Staff is excellent. It seems to be a older hotel, but it gave a homey feel. The location is quite yet lots of stuff around. I knocked a start because there is no laundry room,ice machine, or microwave. I do think the microwave has to do with Hyatt "place" vs "house". I stayed here for recovery from a major surgery. It was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location. Rooms and service were good. One of the problems I had was there was only one elevator working which made for a very long wait. The other problem was the breakfast was terrible. No waffles and the eggs and sausage were awful. They definitely need to improve on the breakfast. Even Comfort Inn provide a hot breakfast and is much better. You could tell that this hotel doesn't like spending money and they cut corners.

Well worth the price in Hyatt points. (Only 3500) Newly renovated and spacious rooms, hospitable front desk . No microwave in room which is inconvenient.
