        They kept charging my wife inspite of knowing her health condition deteriorated due to severe allergies which is still unknown and could be the studio environment itself. Inspite of giving them verbal and written notice they kept charging her for months. If they are in wellness industry they need to be considerate with health problems. Specially when it comes to unknown allergies.

        Its a very unhygienic and scary place. My wife got injuries due to their fast spaced weight lifting program and the place seems to by very small which leads to smelling not good for overall health conditions. She got severe allergies and the cause is still unknown could be the studio itself.

      Ali, it's highly unlikely the gym atmosphere could have affected her health as she hasn't been to class in 3 months due to travel. We're sorry about her health condition however I'm confident you'll do the right thing and stop blaming us for her condition as these claims are erroneous given her absence for months. We wish you both the best!

      Hi Nruddin, thanks for posting this review on your wife's behalf. As everyone is entitled to their public opinion, This is review is concerning to us as we've never been defined as being "scary" or unhygienic. If anything, members have praised us for the cleanliness of the studio as we have deep cleans 2x/week in addition to daily cleaning of the studio and especially the gym floor. I believe what took place is your wife wasn't happy with the cancellation policy which we discussed with her prior to cancelling and threatened to post a bad review about us and this is what I'm responding to. I'm sorry she didn't like the cancellation policy she agreed on. We would love her to reconsider coming back to us as we always welcome members new and returning!
