When we first moved to the area, this was the first gym I visited. I didnt even need to see the others :). Gym is very clean and equipments are all up-to-date. Coach B is always there, always pushing you for your best. A lot of class options, so one will definitely fit your schedule. The community is amazing! They make sure you feel as family I love it and highly recommend it!

This gym is still listed on Google as Bodyplex.. got here with my kids thinking Im going to pay the visitor fee and get a workout in before my kids cheer class nearby. I called several times before arrival.. no answer.. it was only about 8 min away from where I was so I drove over.. door is locked and no one at the desk.. walked kids back to the car.. call again.. get an answer .. this isnt Bodyplex anymore so no childcare and I cant workout.. not even an offer to allow my kids to sit while I workout .. not to mention the trainers kid was there sooooo all around waste of time.. Bodyplex is 35 min in the opposite direction of where I need to be and the times dont work so I just missed my gym time great

I have never really been a gym enthusiast. I was brought here by a group of friends. The trainers here are fantastic at what they do. Branigan is so technically proficient at his craft, he was able to guide and develop a complete novice like myself towards building a now life long fitness habit.
On top of that the group of people who are part of the team training classes are wonderful and really help push you to your limits.
Great community, can not recommend this gym enough!
