        Great fitness programs for the whole family! The kids practice is awesome and the teachers are absolutely amazing ! Especially good for those with kids or teens with extra energy or high fitness goals. Highly recommended.

        Excellent location to work out, I go there around twice a week and you can't find better location to workout at in the area.

        Real good equipment there, some stuff you won't find in most gyms. Big tractor tires, Atlas stones, a proper pull up bar setup outside, and some rings.
