Bought a book, reported in very good condition. It was not and they misrepresented the condition. Contacted the seller and while they offered a refund of the purchase price I would have to pay for shipping. They even included how they were helping charitable organizations, but a scam is a scam. There are many alternatives out there. I would recommend anyone but these guys because they are neither honest or honorable if you base it on this experience.

I've ordered several books from Better World Books, and I'm very impressed with them. There was a small hiccup with my most recent order, but their customer service department made it right almost immediately. I've since learned more about their philanthropic endeavors. With all this, plus their great selection and prices, I'm a customer for life!

Purchased "very good/excellent" book through "zuber" on eBay which came from BWB. But was old library book covered with rubber library stampings to include "DISCARD." The book was not even worthy of the free bin at my local book vendor. The guarantee process was involved and not worth the time investment. So, BUYER BEWARE of both BWB and "zuber," whatever or whoever that/they is/are . . . .
