DO NOT GO TO TACOMAC IN GAINESVILLE!!!!!! Me and Dyl my fianc went to TACOMAC this morning and they tried to sit us on the patio (which was dog friendly) and it was freezing so I was like she is a service dog she can sit in side its illegal to not let us, so she got the manger the manager came he said It was like either sit outside or leave and I was like thats legal sir. Shes a service dog which said he proceeds to ask for certification I said in America theres no certification and hes like well then its outside or leave and I was like thats illegal and he goes Thats your choices. He was very rude about it Hes like we just open I dont have to dont wanna do this right now and I was like well its the law it looked up the law idc and then I looked up the to show him hes like I dont care out side or leave and he goes. Ill think about it in a very rude tone!!!! Update: mom and dad went up there to get his name and he totally changed the story saying that he said that there was a place in side which isnt true because when Dyl said its freezing he said thats your choice and when we was about to leave Dylan said do you want eat out side or leave and if there was an inside seat he would have Said we can eat inside then or when we said we ate in side before with her he would said it then and not well I wasnt here then, he then also said that I need to learn to talk to people and that Im a liar and GET THIS HE HAS A SERVICE DOG he knows the law!

If I could give it negative stars I would. Tonight service was horrible. The manager was horrible and staff, as well as the food. The food we hoped for came out cold,l after waiting an 1 hour and 45 min for some food. Horrible service. The staff assisted a big party rather than accommodate a small group at the same time. Horrible service and manager on duty tonight. Would not recommend.

Definitely not vegan friendly. Why is there a need to have fish and milk in a grilled vegetable and black bean quesadilla? Or fried whole mushrooms? Or grilled veggie fajita? Are you really getting that much more flavor to exclude a whole group of people that couldnt come from a different ingredient?

we placed an online order that said it would be ready at 11:04 PM. We got there and the order was not ready at 11:44. Someone said that the order was coming out when we received the order. It had bacon on it which we requested it not to have, the cashier went to the back two minutes later, bringing us the same burgers with the bacon removed. At that point I had I let her know that you were the same burgers, and then we were at the entire order remains due to our dietary restrictions 20 minutes later, the cashier came back and handed us one burger by that time the rest of the food was cold the cashier stated i figured after i told her the order was now cold and i wanted it remade. I asked for the manager multiple times as we need to be compensated for our time as it has been over an hour since the order was supposed to be ready. i can honestly see why this location has a 1 star rating i will also be contacting corporate as the manager never showed to speak with us regarding this mess!!! this place needs workers who actually enjoy their job!! It makes no sense that I asked for a higher up and literally kept being told they were coming or that the workers did not know what was going on !! I want my money back !!! Dietary restrictions: NO PORK!!!
