I came in to cash some savings bonds. I didnt have a Truist account. Alex was very friendly and was able to get it done in a quick and efficient manner. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this location for banking needs. It was a very welcoming environment.

Always understaffed. Has been our branch for 20 years but the last couple of years it has gotten progressively worse. Time to change either branches or bank. Might as well close this branch because they never have enough employees to support customer needs. Couldnt get a notary today and they told me to go to UPS. If this was a one-time thing I would let it go, but this is the straw that broke the camels back, and made me finally post a negative review.
