Staff was friendly

The restaurant was very dirty, our order was messed up, the waiter was inatentive. Its time for them to close.

Long waits for apparently no reason. Inattentive staff. It's permanently closed now though.

Hey I'm a Hornell native (born & raised) and I hate to break it to you but that Friendly's is closed. As in went out of business.
