Friendly's

This used to be a great place to eat. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. The service is really lacking, the portions are ok at best and the last few times we've gone they've messed up at least one of our orders. We're not picky people either and are generally very understanding but this place seems to be run by amateurs. On our most recent visit we had to physically go into the kitchen and ask for our condiments, get up and find somebody to bring us our drinks that we patiently waited 10 minutes for and just numerous other things that don't make for a pleasant experience. You maybe thinking well they were probably busy. I wish that was the case. We were only 1 of 3 tables and 2 of the 3 had already been served their main course. I can't in good consciousness refer this place to anybody especially if you have children in tow. They will be board and hungry long before their meal arrives. My only hope is they turn it around before Rutland loses yet another establishment.

My father and I waited over ten minutes standing before anyone even acknowledged us. Then when we were seated and said we wanted lunch the waiter said it was 10:57 and lunch didn't start until 11 so he would have to wait to take our order. It took 25 minutes to get our food and my burger had mayonnaise when I asked for ketchup. The waiter apologized and took the burger back only to return 2 minutes later with the same burger and bun with the mayonnaise scraped off and ketchup added. New owner. I won't be back.

Great place of you want to celebrate a bday or something, need to gain weight, or just want a friendly atmosphere :)

I was reluctant as service has not been good in the past, however they have new management and things were much better!!
