Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Absolutely wonderful lady there. She was the only one working there and was still able to make sure that we had our vehicle on time and it was ready for us. The vehicle was great we had no issues what so ever on our trip. We made our trip and when we returned with the car we went to go in the door but she met us right there. Looked over the car and we were done. She was wonderful. Will definitely be seeing her for our next rental.*****

My experience here was great..... The car I received had a strong smell and was a bit warn out but this is due to lack of cars I'm assuming due to shortage of new cars coming in. But overall I'll rent here again. Staff was very friendly the process was smooth and quick.

We will not rent from this Enterprise again. The last 2 times we have reserved a vehicle they haven't had what we asked for... large SUV and mini van. Both times they had months to prepare and my husband called to confirm a week out to check that we were getting what we needed. We have had to delay our trips because of their inability to secure vehicles and the 2nd time we didn't end up with a vehicle.

I have attempted to rent vehicles from this location three times over the last three years. The first time I arrived at my scheduled time in an Uber since my flight arrived at midnight the night before. The desk attendant said they did not have any cars ready but I had a meeting in another town that morning. They brought me an uncleaned car from the Fort Walton location and discounted my rental. That was fine but the windows were full of hand prints and food on the floor. The second time I was called the morning of my reservation and told they did not have any cars and not to come into the location because I would not get a car. I was told they would call when something was available in a few hours. At 2pm I called and they said there is a strong likelihood I would not get a vehicle during my week long reservation time. The third and final time the same thing happened for a 21 day reservation. I arrived at the location to wait in line as the desk attendant told all of us that there are no vehicles available for any of their appointments that day. I do not know why I tried the third time but I definitely know what not to do in the future.

Quick service. Easy in and out process. I don't rent often but this is my go-to spot when I do. Prices feel steep but it was a very nice car.
