Outdated and poor service. Carpet had wet spots, smokers at entrances, breakfast was cold. Long time Marriott member, never again will I stay here.

Room outdated, pool claims to be heated but is not, ladies on breakfast bar were rude. In was frustrating having to start my day with a not welcome experience.

Crystal is amazing at the front desk......she's very friendly and kind. I'm thankful that I chose this extended stay to temporary live in.

Lobby closes at 11. There is a number to call for after hours. Sat there for an hour. They couldn't get a hold of anyone to check me in. Terrible customer service.
