        Room outdated, pool claims to be heated but is not, ladies on breakfast bar were rude. In was frustrating having to start my day with a not welcome experience.

        Anna was so kind and comforting as my sister and I were visiting our father who was at Moffit. She made such an impact during a difficult time that we will always be grateful for. Absolutely exceptional customer service. Thank you also to Diamond & Ryan for assisting in making the reservation and going above and beyond with hospitality for arrangements we requested. Thank you

        Terrible, do not stay here. It's a dirty place, dirt on the floors, rooms are messy. You can feel the ragedness coming in to the hotel. No extractor in the bathroom either.. for 300 something a night it's a rip off. Trash over flowing right out side to greet you as you come in.
