Picked up unit. Was told by rep to ignore tire warning light-it was stuck. Went home and by the time I loaded the unit, the tire was flat. Had to wait several hours to get straightened out.

This was our worst experience that weve ever had at aUhaul store. The customer service was horrible! There wasnt a smile in the place. When we had to modify our reservation, we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them. As far as the equipment goes, it was filthy as well as not maintained. The door to the back wouldnt come down easily, the window wouldnt roll up completely so there was an air noise with that the whole time. The visor was broken. There was also a loud swishing noise behind our seats that we heard every time we went over a bump. It was very disappointing! If the customer service would have been good, that would have at least made the experience better. Even the owner was unpleasant and never smiled. In fact, he talked about firing an employee right in front of us. Very unprofessional! The whole experience was terrible. We will drive 10 miles out of our way in the future to a different Uhaul store before we do business with this store again.

I had a horrible experience with local movers where they randomly packed my stuff and after assuring me all day everything would fit they ended up not evening having my mattress on when they were out of room. So uhaul was then closed and I was totally stressed. Movers said they would be in touch at 7 am to fix things. They were very very pushy about ratings but once I gave in and rated them they stop helping. I walked in Uhaul the next morning one step from ugly crying and if I win the lottery I'd go back and give each and everyone one a big payout! They were not only super professional they were kind. A rare quality in today's world. They helped me figure out solutions and saved my move. I can not rate them high enough.

Bradley at the Westchase U-Haul was shockingly rude to me. On top of the sheer disrespect I received from Bradley, I rented an appliance dolly and they didn't have any at this location. So I had to drive to a second location to get an appliance dolly. But, Bradley failed to tell me the truck I rented doesn't even have a ramp?? So he had me driving to another location for a dolly that he knew I wouldn't be able to use. I ended up not using it, then having drive to the extra location AGAIN to drop it off. When I arrived back at Westchase location, I was met with rudeness once more from Bradley. I was throughly shocked at how comfortable he was being so rude, when I was asking a simple question. He then proceeded to say I was being charged for fuel, when I FOR SURE had refueled to the proper limit. I began arguing with him that the fuel was exactly at the place I was instructed to refuel to. But, then I thought this will literally go nowhere, as he was set on being so unnecessarily rude. I am literally floored at my experience from today. Such an excruciatingly uncomfortable situation for me, as a customer.
