Select Physicians Surgery Center

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was last week at Select Physicians Surgery Center. I had never had surgery before, and I was absolutely terrified for weeks leading up. Everyone there was SO patient, kind, compassionate, and explained everything that was happening. I truly couldnt believe how comfortable everyone made me feel. I had a Tympanoplasty done by Dr. Kyle Allen. I am still in recovery, but he was extremely helpful and explained everything in the appointments leading up and the day of surgery. I would highly recommend this surgery center to anyone - especially those who have anxiety about surgery. The staff and Dr. Allen couldnt have been more kind.

Had ear surgery performed by Dr. Kyle Allen. Still recovering, but I am confident this was a successful procedure (with minimal pain afterwards).

Charged us twice. Always ask for an itemized bill - in this case they know they made an error and are avoiding us. Still trying to get our itemized bill.

I was terrified in the days leading up to my surgery, and didn't sleep a wink the night before. As soon as my husband and I arrived at the surgery center we were met with kindness, understanding, professionalism, compassion and cleanliness. Each person I met explained why my fears fueled by anxiety were medically inaccurate, and there's nothing anxiety hates more than reason. I can't say enough about the nurses (true healers), knowledgeable anesthesia team and my truly gifted surgeon Dr. Malone. Surgery is scary, no doubt about it, but you're in good hands here!

I recently had a Tympanoplasty and eardrum reconstruction done by Dr. Malone ENT specialist. He has been fantastic at Florida ENT and his bedside manner At surgery day at Select Physicians Surgery Center was fantastic. The staff at this facility are amazing. I was terrified going into this and every person I encountered was sympathetic and supportive. They explained everything in detail and gave me all the reassurance I could have wanted! Im still recovering but my hearing definitely has improved. Apparently I dont wake up from anesthesia very well and I got a little feisty. The nice man who apparently had to lay on me to get me to calm down, did a fantastic job and I would like to apologize for that. Sorry dude!! My wife was a bit shocked I was acting that way since I am one of the more calm people in the world. Im a pretty big guy at 225 pounds 62. This wouldnt have been too easy to keep me down. Again, I am sorry. I dont remember that. Oops! Thanks for everything, everyone I encountered, I appreciate all that you do! Facility is clean, well set up, professional, caring, sympathetic, supportive and helpful! My wife enjoyed everyone as well! Keep up the great work guys! And thank you Dr. Malone! My lifetime of ear problems may have been solved by your work!! Thank you!!!!!!!
