        Was told to go here for a diagnosis. Called and told them what i needed. Made appt. took half day off work to go. Got there saw doctor for 5 minutes said i dont do that. Big waste of time. But then a month later i get a bill. I was charged $833 for a misinformed staff. And for a doctor to say i cant do anything. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I called corporate Anne said she would check into my bill. And never did. Very bad service
