        Do not go to this UPS store. They try to sneak in charges that other stores do not have. Maybe they just want to rip off the USF students who may not be paying attention? I don't know, but just got a couple miles to any other store.

        The employees! Everyone there was extremely nice, and in very good spirits. That goes a long way, after a hard day at work and all you want to do is get things done (shipped). The process was simple, sure, but the service was stellar. Quick workers with endless patience for customers. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication.

        Please dont go here , the owner is a hustler who will charge you extra after his staff provide you a shipper rate. He is extremely rude and has zero customers service. 0/10

        She was very friendly and was able to assist me quickly. The wait time was only a few min and everything was explained as far as pricing and the date my package would arrive at it's destination. Very pleased with my experience.

Shipment prices are determined by UPS Corporate and we only tell you what shows on our computer terminals. For shipments, we have no control over pricing. However, if there was any miscommunication on our end, we want to sincerely apologize.
