I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I really felt compelled to do so. I attempted to do an exchange of one tank and order a new tank online to be delivered to my residence. The phone number on the confirmation screen was incorrect and the number that I called took me to a Medicare assistance line. I then received a text message letting me know that the order had been delivered. Since the order had not actually been delivered, I called the toll-free number that was provided in the text in case of questions. The person I spoke with had absolutely no record of the order and after sitting on hold for several minutes, did a cold transfer to a brand new individual who I had to explain everything all over to again. This person then proceeded to tell me that there was a "glitch" in their system and I should not have received the text message and was assured that the exchange and new tank would be delivered that day. After hanging up, I received another text message letting me know that the delivery would take place on Wednesday, November 9 ... it was December 10. I eventually did receive the exchanged tank but not the new tank. Called back and nobody could tell me when the new tank would be delivered. After cancelling the new tank and asking for a credit to my credit card, I was told that it had to be investigated and that could take several more days. I eventually called Chase and disputed the charge. THE MOST incompetent and horrible experience I can remember having....maybe ever. If you are looking to buy or exchange a propane tank, do yourself a favor and go to a local retailer.
