Pottery Barn

Wow! Tried to make an in home design appointment. Was told 2 times someone would call to get it set up. No response. Little did they know I was ready to spend some $$. For me its 2 strikes youre out.

I'm extremely disappointed with Pottery Barn. Ordered items weeks ago, and the constant delays are beyond frustrating. Terrible customer service and lack of communication. Won't be shopping here again. Ordered what I thought were artificial flowers, but they turned out to be real! Surprise, surprise. While they're lovely, the confusion was disappointing. Better clarity on product descriptions would be appreciated. Pottery Barn's service is a letdown. Ordered three candlesticks a month ago, received only one, and the other two are still in transit. Frustrating delays and lack of updates. Disappointed with the overall experience.

My wife and I stopped by the store looking for a few lamps for our bedroom. Sophia was such a pleasure to work with. She walked us through the options and helped us find a perfect solution. Sophia was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for providing us such excellent service!
