        Incorrectly put in the address and contacted Anthroplogie and to make a long story short, they told me 4x to call UPS and UPS each time told me they had no control. The 5th time Anthroplogie basically said to bad so sad, nothing we can do even after being told by UPS because of the agreement they have, only Anthropologie can make any changes but they are unwilling to do so.

        I went into the store twice this week, and dont with to go into the store again. Everyone just seems like they hate their lives and are very unfriendly. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. My arm has been in a sling due to a an injury to my rotator cuff and absolutely no one was helpful, instead just had an attitude, as though I was taking too long. I went into a different store in Hyde Park prior entering Anthropologie, and that staff couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. Do better, Anthropologie!
