Can never get ahold of anyone. Heather never picks up the phone, never calls back. When asked to get a refill on a medication I need I had to call twice and they never refilled the prescription. I had to get my primary care doctor to do it. Now they put in another prescription and are refusing to submit a prior authorization for my insurance? The woman who answered the phone said she will send e message to heather, when asked when I would hear back she said FRIDAY. I asked if I could speak to ANYONE today she said no everyone is busy. Horribly managed office.

This is by far the best office! The Drs have gotten me regulated after many years of battling my thyroid! Heather the office manager / ultrasound tech is one in a million. She goes above and beyond for every pt. Knowledgeable, and so helpful always! 10/10 recommend

Going to see a new physician is always a stressful event, however, the staff, particularly Heather, in this office made this visit stress free. Heather answered all of my questions with a smile and assisted me even days after when I called and had questions about my prescription. Dr. Fumero was pleasant and spent the time to address all my concerns. If you want a physician and staff who truly cares about you, this is the place to go. 10/10 would recommend!

This office is a great practice. They really care for their patients . Office manager to staff to doctors have taken such good care of me. I recommend them to everyone !!!
