Just called and the woman that answered (she was on speaker phone) was Un understandable, very nasty and rude. Had to hang up the phone.

Horrible front desk service. Called twice. Immediately put on hold when the receptionist answered the phone without even a hello. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes each time prompting me to hang up. I just want to make a simple appointment. This type of customer service looks very bad on your practice. I will take my business elsewhere.

Just was on hold for 25 minutes and they tell me they wont accept my insurance preapproval and referral. Save time and frustration go elsewhere. They were also super rude on the phone

My daughter is 16 and after ALL of the specialist she has seen for her thyroid and her chronic urticaria she hates going to the dr. Every dr she has seen has blamed her issues on her weight and ignored or failed to ask about her food habits.Not a single Dr. Has looked at the weight as a side effect of her illness and all the medications being used in an attempt to control her constant hives. My daughter walked away from this appointment feeling great for a change as opposed to her always feeling bad about herself when leaving a drs office who focused only on her weight. This dr is also running the appropriate blood test which others have failed to do in the past. After watching my little girl suffer immense discomfort we finally have hope that her health will be brought under control and she will have a more comfortable life ahead of her. I couldn't be happier about the experience my daughter had with this Dr.

UNIMPRESSIVE to say the least. Dr Dougan has terrible bedside manner. Also, front office staff was rude af particularly the female with glasses and dark hair. The dr. gave very weird looks almost every time a question was asked. I came for a second opinion, but she was more focused on what the first dr. had to say. I needed additional info from pediatrician, she never offfered to call their office to get it. Overall, not very thorough and could care less about concerns. Never going back to this place .. also the office itself could use some remodeling, a better cleaning service and the staff needs to at least act like they care. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
