Customer service is an absolute joke. Absolutely horrible.

This location needs to do better. I've rented here 3 times and everytime the car is dirty, car on E and u don't get the car u reserved. Stop excepting reservations If u don't have the cars to give out. I recieved a altima on the 23rd of June. The detailer washed it didn't dry or vacuum out the car open the console and mcdonalds bags and all kinds of trash in there. Once I returned it prince was very understanding. I will be going to another location from now on.

Latest update: Despite numerous attempts to reach branch managers and supervisors, no resolution was made. I was told via Brian Naughton, that they did not rent me a car with roaches but will pay for car seats. He said a check was in the mail but no check was ever sent from accounting. DO NOT RENT with this company!!! To be so wronged by a corporate who does nothing to fix it is an injustice. All on the heels of dealing with a car wreck. They will not help you. Update: The area manager Brian Naughton, told me he didnt rent me a car with roaches, implying that I must have brought them. Absolutely terrible! Customer service from a manager who assured me he would take care of my personal belongings bags, and electronics that everyone knows roaches infest and lay eggs in those spaces. This company is disgraceful. And I did leave an email at enterprise with no follow up! Roaches were found in my rental, infested in made their way into my personal effects and car seats. Ive never seen a car with roaches and now they are not trying to pay for my belongings that were lost due to the tiny roaches. They are trying to get out of paying for it! Do not get the Toyota Adventure.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Only issue was the car smelled like marijuana, so I had to exchange it the next day for an older car, because that is all they had available.
