I got a loaner through them at the BMW dealership and it was a great experience. They gave me an Audi Q5 for a couple of days which I loved, it is nice to drive something different for a change, Returning it was easy, Tyler was really frtendly and Daniela called the day after I got the car to see if I was happy with the vehicle. Great service!

Took a loaner from the Subaru dealership and it was a car from this Enterprise location. When they brought the vehicle it was insanely dirty on the outside and had a whole lot of scratches, dents, and old dirt in some places.
The interior looked clean at first glance, at least it was vacuumed. I took delivery as I had to get back to work but as I was driving I called the location to make sure again that the vehicle was cleaned and it wasnt just dropped off and given to me without at least sanitizing it. The manager Victoria assured me of this so I left it at that until I reached my destination.
I decided to wipe the steering wheel down and the paper towel came back with dirt. Then the center console gave the same results. Seems this vehicle wasnt clean inside or out. Just vacuumed and given to me. I gave the car another once over and there was even trash in the bed of this pick up truck.
Called this Enterprise location and they did apologize but the fact of the matter is that this should not have been delivered like this and they should not have lied and told me it was cleaned. This was a free loaner and Im glad I didnt have to pay for it but I wont be renting from this place ever.
