Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The service was horrible. My car pickup was at 5 and I showed up at 4:59 and they told me they were closed. The staff were still serving customers too. The staff were conceited and I felt as though I was being a burden on them for simply trying to get my rental car. Completely unprofessional and not an ounce of respect for the customer. I will NOT be going back. Worst enterprise in Tampa.

Need a lesson about excellent customer service?...talk to Dino and Kiara! This review is specifically about the Enterprise located at 608 N. Nebraska.Thank you guys for all your help. You go out of the way to help customers. I sincerely hope other locations follow your footsteps.

Called to confirm if they have a full size sedan for an upgrade. The lady asked me if I already had a car, then told me to contact the store I got the car from.

Absolutely waste of time. Staff is rude, unwelcoming and do not want to work. I called on the phone, asked questions to ensure I didn't have any issues, get to the location, and I have nothing but issues. The staff (2 females without name tags, but i believe ones name was Caroline, the other did not provide her name and was actually the nastier of the 2.) They were obviously not interested in renting a vehicle, despite me having a rental history with Enterprise, and more concerned with gossiping. They had a very bad attitude. I wasted time and money going to this location, only to walk away without a vehicle and becone stressed. Not how I should be starting my vacation.The Staff needs to be retrained on how to work with customers or enterprise is going to lose alot of business. I would not recommend this location. Time of female employees at the desk was 2pm.
