Took my car to this car wash that i have used in the past when it had a different owner. This past saturday feb 4 2023 i went there to get it washed. Once they were done i checked my car and i noticed this dark spot in my back seat, mind you this is a brand new car y i have no kids. No one sits in the back since i barely take my car out and i work from home. They tried to remove this dark spot that looked like so sort of grease, the spot was not coming off and one of the workers kept on rubbing chemicals with a rug. This led to that last chemical that was used to discolor my leather seat. I was told that the owner would contact me, his name is Carlos. I instead contacted him and he said he was going to investigate and give me a call back to see what he can do. No call has been made to me, this is so unprofessional and i know for a fact they do not care about your property. Please be careful if you take your vehicle here for any kind of service, the behavior of this so call owner is so disappointing. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming
