This store was amazing.Alex helped us through all of our options and was very kind and welcoming.There is a lot of variety and samples within the store making it easier to visualize how the fans will look on your home.totally recommend

Dans Fan City on Bruce B. Downs is an exceptional store. Alex assisted me today and has done so several times in the past as I struggled with selecting the right fan for the area to be covered. He spent a significant amount of time to answer questions and provide options - and he knows the product to the smallest detail. I have had fans from Dans Fan City in the past - the products are quality. This is a customer service oriented store with a professional, knowledgeable, and patient staff.

This is the only place a trust to buy a ceiling fan. The have great designs and warranties. I worked with Nate today and he was very helpful, offering suggestions and ideas.
