I have to say that am giving 1 Star since thats the lowest I can go. This was a great place few years back but they have become so frustrating & so disrespectful that is not even funny. I have called this store on a Wednesday for them to take the payoff amount out of my acct on Friday well I was instructed by their associate over the phone that $$will be taken out on Saturday morning instead. Long story short $$ is still in my bank acct & they have called my sister twice to ask for me when they are the ones not doing their jobs, not to mention that they havent even called me once. When I called in Monday phones werent working, internet wasnt working just a complete mess. No wonder this store is closing.

Received a call from Aaron's to make a payment I told them I have not been paid yet to call me back on Thursday check the bank Thursday morning they ran the payment through without asking that is fraudulent once when I called the store they hung up on me
