    I rented a washer and dryer combo. Last week they brought it to me Friday. It has a strip of electrical tape across the top. The glass pops out when I open it and it leaks water. I have not use it because I called them to come and get it. Very disappointed.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. Honestly the service and experience at this location, has blown me away. I thought I'd be writing a nice review after I received my King set today. Unfortunately Rent - A - Center doesn't value their business or relationships. I was charged $157 on my card the first initial day I reached out to place my order. I'm a very thorough person so I made sure to confirm with Shonda the price I saw online and that I wanted to confirm she saw the same thing? She confirmed.. What was odd was that I got a text asking to sign the agreement same day, but it was for a different price point of almost $75 more. I reached out immediately to have them fix the error. Shonda the new rep (She was nice but shouldn't have been left to man the station by herself, poor thing) She told me she reached out to another manger or someone of higher status to have them update the agreement but my delivery was for 3/28. Well, a few days went by and I called back to follow up. Received no word back. They kept saying they're figuring it out. It was an issue because the manager "Johnathan" was out on vacay. Totally fine with that. Everyone deserves time off. What I don't appreciate is the inconsistent back and fourth between stores and myself. I had two different locations reach out to me confused on my delivery???? I called Shonda but got a gentleman named Hector, at that point Hector was just as confused as I was about the status of my agreement and that he'd call me back with more on that. Well, 2 days went by.. I heard nothing from no one. I reached out again, Got the same run around but this time they said they can't do anything without Johnathon. They said when he got back on 3/28 it would all get straightened out. Didn't hear from Johnathon on 3/28 or Rent- A - Center in regards to the updated agreement or the the delivery timeframe and status update. I called spoke with Shonda again, who said they were having a meeting about the account and would call me back 30 minutes... Guess what!? No call back, smh I can't make this up. I called back, finally got Johnathan. I honestly thought he would've had better news but he proceeded to tell me the price was $75 more then originally quoted and there was nothing he could do about that. Also nothing he could do to lower the current rate even though they already pulled my payment of $157 on 3/18... That's unacceptable. His only resolution was to set up the new agreement at the current rate of $230 per month or issue a refund. Before I advised to do so He initiated the refund anyway. He told me there was nothing he can do. I was so pissed off, I hung up. I cannot believe this is what society has come to. What's even more disheartening is I was referred to this location by a good friend and I will NEVER refer anyone I know to use this company as a whole. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I've been in my new place for almost a week sleeping on my floor! To find out I have no bed on it's way. Now I need to figure out a new plan of action. I'm going to pray on it. Hopefully I find another option to rectify the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A HUGE WASTE OF TIME
