Reference Spring Hill Store Commercial Drive..Manager very well insulated from customer. Not in at this time when asking to speak to him/her.,Ordered Morton salt blocks online for store pickup. Store website stated in stock. Placed order and pickup was in Brooksville,not Spring Hill, with statement saying not available for pickup at Spring Hill..I cancelled order , called SH store to ask product Availability..,1st person answered with plumbing, dont know nothing about Waves..Called again this time giving aisle # where I always purchase it, waited considerable time, got reply we dont carry that item . Being handicapped Pickup would be nice, but I was not happy with the answers and drove to the store.. Item there Requested to talk to mgr as I thought he may be interested in associates knowledge. Not accessible.. Being a retired regional mgr in the business, I made sure my manager or assistant was available to the customer.. This was not the 1st time I requested to talk with a manager, One was to compliment them.. Hopefully Home Depot will add this to their stock assortment. I always purchased appliances and big items from Lowes because of the military discount.. Now I wont have to as the company I retired from now has an agreement to sell major appliances at Home Depot at exchange prices and no sales tax. This will probably never reach the desk of the individual in the head office ,but so be it.. Recommend your managers have the courage to talk to and listen to the customer, you know, the ones who keep your job secured..

The delivery team was excellent as was the initial salesperson. The system stunk. For some reason my order was transferred to another store, delivery date changed to 2 wks later than agreed upon them was canceled. I was sent a partial refund of the money that had already been paid, all with no explanation or phone contact. Awful way to run a business and treat customers.

LOWES has the WORST Delivery Service EVER Total NO SHOW on scheduled delivery day even after i called at noon. Then when delivery came 2 days later, 30% of the pavers i bought were broken on the pallet. Messing up my project plans. UNBELIEVABLE. Then LOWES stated for refund to bring back broken pavers...Not Happening, they weigh almost 50 lbs each, thats why i paid $80 for delivery. Now they are saying delivery driver will have to come get them so i can get a refund. I will NEVER buy from LOWES again...terrible customer service
