Lois Landing - Apartments for Rent South Tampa

I've lived here for two years & my experience has been great. Ownership and management teams are phenomenal and responsive. Property is very well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and respectful.

We have lived here for over 5 years and since Roy took over the building we couldn't be happier. He always has really great maintenance workers that are ready to fix or help out whenever you call. This place has some of the best location in town and it's really easy to get to st pete, Clearwater, soho, downtown etc... we plan on staying here as long as possible and love what Roy and his crew have done to the place! 10/10 I would highly recommend Lois Landing apartments to people looking for a really nice, comfortable and quiet community. :-))

I've lived here for over 3 years and I'd highly recommend the property and management. Roy and his team have done a great job and are always available for any maintenance issues.

I have lived here about a year now and I love it! Roy is the best landlord and when you need something to be done right away Ricky the maintenance guy will take care of it right away. Best location, the property is nice and well taken care of, is been a year and no once I had an issue. I love this apartments and I will continue living here for as long as I possibly can

This is the best place I have lived here in Tampa. Roy, the owner, is a blessing. He is always on top of everything and is always so kind and loving to my fur baby, Jayne. He really makes the place feel like home. The property is so well kept and whenever anything needs to be fixed hes there in minutes. The location is perfect and the community is very quiet. All my neighbors are so welcoming and respectful. I will live here as long as Roy is the owner!
