The maintenance colleague Juan at our property is very efficient with the work he does, very concerned in his duties, always ensuring that the coffee is ready at 8 as well as maintaining good human relations with his co-workers.

Novel Midtown Tampa is a well run newer apartment offering with excellent service to meet your needs. The buildings are very secure and are kept in pristine condition. Conveiently located in the middle of Tampa, it is a great choice to make! A special thanks to Scarlett for getting me through the rental hurdle. Scarlett was such a pleasure to work with in showing, leasing, and securing my new home.
