Cypress Grand has been the best apartment experience for me. The cleanliness is superb, the atmosphere is exceptional and the services provided are top notch. Jaci has been amazing from the start with her professionalism and friendliness. My fiance and I feel like we are part of the family here. Thank you for all you do!

The office staff are very helpful and friendly with a true smile. The maintenance staff is very timely and will greet you in passing. This is the most comfortable complex I have ever lived.

I have lived here over 5 years and find the office staff of Lisa, Jaci and Tammi to be kind, efficient and always focused on the Residents here. The response by maintenance is quick. I have loved living here at Cypress Grand and plan to continue for the long term.

I moved in to Cypress Grand 6 months ago. I love living here. My apartment is newly renovated on the first floor. I enjoy the ability to walk directly in to the apartment with no hallway or stairs. Parking is never a problem. Jaci and Tammi have been great to work with. They are quick respond to any service needs. All the staff are pleasant and attentive. I am fortunate to have lovely neighbors. This is my first venture in apartment living in many years. I have always owned property. This is not my house but it is my home.
