The property was amazing and the customer service I received was phenomenal. Brooklyn was very knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond to show me everything the property and the apartment had to offer. She was very detailed and answered all my questions to the fullest. The property is located on the water and is very close to the downtown area, the airport and Clearwater beach. I would highly recommend this property if your looking for luxury, and space.

I really enjoyed my time living at Seazen. My only real complaint would be the parking and letting everyone take over the second floor who lives on other floors, and the constant/frequent weed smell that permeates every hallway. Aside from that, Ive enjoyed the fact that there are frequent food trucks at the property on Tuesdays. I also really appreciate the staff and the maintenance crew. Ive only ever had wonderful experiences with them all. A solid 7.5/8 out of 10. I only left because I bought a home out of state.

I want to thank the girl Giovanni, we moved a week ago, we speak and understand English very poorly - she helped us every day for a month and continues to do so. She answered 1000 of our questions. Thank you very much!
