Great Service!!!! Gleen (ThePropertyMangerForHaydenRd) Was A Huge Help When It Came To Getting Everything For My Apartment Ready. He Was Sooo Easy To Contact & Answered ALL My Questions & As A First Time Renter, It Was Such A Big Help For Someone To Explain ANYTHING I Didnt Understand!
When My Apartment Wasnt Up To Par, He Was Able To Get EVERYTHING Fix In ONE Day Just After My Move-In!!
Butch The Mantanince Man Was VERY Polite & Reminded Me Of Home & That Was Very Important To Me Cause Youre Allowing A Random Man Come In To Your Home To Fix Things but He Was Very Nice & Also Gave Me His Contact Just In Case I Needed Him For Anything Else.
The Laundry Room Is Close-by & Soo Is The Mail Box.
I Signed Up VERY Early In The Year Soo I Was Able To Ask For A 2nd Floor Room With A Small Area Of Outdoor Space. I Can Put One Or Two Chairs Out & Listen To The Busy FSU Stadium WHICH IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!! I Love My New Place. Thanks Again!
