This is not a positive review. Its also concerning that Ive been a resident here and have had multiple issues with management. Most recently there has been no response to my complaint about vandalism around my apartment including theft of items from my front door. Ive had to install a Ring camera because of it. My most recent email a few weeks ago was a reminder to management of this event in hopes of at least some acknowledgement. Neighborhood and management continues to decline.

DO NOT RENT 328. They have a mold issue in the master bathroom and refuse to fix it. Made my newborn child and animals sick for months. Their solution is the say its your fault for not cleaning it and that you should wipe it after every use because its how the sinks are shaped but other sink in unit does not get mold. Neighbor downstairs is a racist psycho who is against interracial couples. She threatened me while pregnant, then threatened to take care of my dogs then threatened to wake my baby by the hour every night. Called animal control and left false accusations against my SO. Banged on floors everytime we opened the front door. We eventually had to get a restraining order against her. Leasing office will always have an attitude towards anything. Worst rental experience of my life. Below are photos of mold that we delt with for the past 9 months.

Ive lived here since they first built the complex. I was the first person to ever move in to my unit and Ive gotten to see first hand the changes and improvements made over the last few years. There was without a doubt some management issues in the beginning BEFORE new management took over but thats irrelevant now. Currently the office staff are Excellent (shout out to Vonda) and maintenance and pest control respond quickly to any request Ive made. Theyve added lots of new amenities like electric car charging stations, car wash and vacuum station, Amazon package mailboxes and valet trash pickup right at our front doors. All things we didnt have under the previous owners. These apartments are huge and fit everyone comfortably with room to spare. My only complaint is having to drive over the parking lot speed bumps everyday.

BEWARE! Do NOT rent here! I waited before writing this review, giving them the opportunity to make things right! Well, they didnt here is the truth! These people are liars and thieves. The front office Gina and Vonda are frauds. The corporate office is a fraud. My daughter who is in law school transferred her lease. She had minimum wear/tear on her at pet. I have pictures and videos. They charged her $849 for new carpet replacement when by the pictures the carpet could have simply been cleaned. We tried to reasonably talk to them to no avail. I emailed and called corporate just as equally horrible. They even charged her $25 to replace the air filter when its a free service stating she didnt request for it to be changed before moving out. To say the least when this lease is up she will be moving out!! But, in the mean time again DO NOT RENT THERE! Gina and Vonda suck at customer service. Please find something else if you dont want to get screwed when you move out!!!
