        This is the first apt Ive ever lived in..Staff was very friendly and helpful making my transition a lot easier.I love living here.Complex is very clean and I feel very secure living here.Its also very pet friendly.I highly recommend..this is an update on my previous review.Im now going on my fourth year living at Evergreen..Some of the staff has changed but the mgt is basically the same.I cant say enough about how satisfied I am to live here.Whenever I have friends or family visit everyone is so impressed with the complex.Its kept super clean and the pool and gym are top notch.My daughter who also lives in Tallahassee says you cant find apts like this anywhere in Tallahassee..Sincerely happy resident.
