        AT&Ts charging hidden fees for customers. Not recommended. Terrible customer service. Too expensive. Dont give them your credit card information they charge you money from your credit card without your permission.

        Darrell was amazing at the Tallahassee Corporate store and helped us throughout the whole process and found deals that would benefit me and my family. He was so friendly and advisable and did not give up on what we were trying to accomplish until we all got exactly what we wanted without it costing me an arm and a leg.

        Two reps were working on setting up a new phone. The second rep told me that I could turn in my old phone as a trade the next day after I had time to verify all information was transferred to the new phone. I returned the next day and the rep on duty (a different person) explained it was an error. Too much confusion and wasted my time.
