        Really nice staff. I wasn't super happy about the 20 minute wait, until I walked by the Verizon store nearby that was closed due to lack of staff.

        Went for 2 phones to be set up. First associate didn't change out SIM cards. Got part way home and realized problem. Went back. Second associate fixed one phone but apparently made set up errors on the second. Told us it was a hardware (Apple) issue so we went home. However, upon realizing that I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi calling, I spent about an hour on chat with a tech. They were able to fix a mismatched SIM card issue. Told me the tech in the local store was in too much of a hurry and screwed up the set up. Very dissatisfied overall with the local store experience.

        AT&T Store in Winter Garden Village very helpful. Got me set up with my new iphone13 pro max. Very professional and got me up and running in a few minutes . No waiting either.
