Horrible service, a waste of time and now my phone don't work. At this time they have wasted 3 hours of my time!!!! Update the male salesman down there has caused me more heartache than you can imagine. I am trying to reverse all the damage he has caused. Bank account compromised, service lowered to a lower plan. Stay clear of this place.

Well T-Mobile has lost another customer. Got a new phone line back in November and had them move all my stuff over to it. Apparently, they messed up and failed to know the insurance is tie dot the phone line not the phone, and left my insurance on the old phone line. I was going to drop them after that was corrected, but through sheer laziness decided to stay with them after they "fixed" everything and I got my new phone. Phone was lost 2 days ago, and i tried to file an insurance claim. Same story, they lied and said they moved it to the new line, but never did. Never told me they did. Nothing. Now they are refusing to cover it, and told me it was my mistake because i didn't notice a single line change on a 14-page paper bill during the one month I had the phone. Now I get to deactivate my account and figure out how to deal with the legal ramifications... I will not be paying T-Mobile 700 dollars to pay off a phone I don't have to turn around and pay 1200 to replace the phone myself.

This is the best store in all of Tallahassee. They are courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I will always recommend them to anyone in town. A shout out to Avonna for being the best representative!!!!!
