        Awful and horrendous service. We booked a car, received a confirmation and spent 80 EUR with an Uber to get to the location. When we got there a completely useless agent told us that she didnt have the car. In fact, she didnt have any car. Wasted half the day, money and the opportunity to rent somewhere else. Why do they confirm a booking when they dont have the car? Why didnt they contact us (they had phone and email)? Why did the agent seem like she couldnt care less that they f up? Go somewhere else.
