I don't even know where to start..bad attitude. Disrespectful. Talking over you. Doesn't listen to the customer. Bad communication. Don't problem solve. No customer service. Not their money don't care. You tell the young lady she's being disrespectful and she says that's your opinion and then continues to be disrespectful. They tried to book me for hundreds more when I showed the reservation was hundreds less had zero interest in trying to call U-Haul service center to see if there's a reason. I had to do it and when they put the rate back to where it was booked they act disappointed. Ordered a dolly. They had none to rent. Had several for sale. Initially they said they'd comp a new dolly the difference. Then after I was able to get price to what I booked it for then they wanted me to buy a Dolly. She did it out of spite. Didn't load the truck with a utility dolly they said they would. Folks like this don't understand that if they don't start treating people the way they would want on stressful cross country moving days.... they're gonna be in for a long hard life of misery. Young lady had a haughty arrogant narcissistic cold spirit and her attitude was proud of it. Making it personal. You don't like dealing with people or problem solving for them, that's service. Fine...but maybe work in a factory or kitchen if you're that miserable. You're not "BUILT FOR THIS" as you said like being rude to people who are seeking service is putting them in their place by being difficult is a good thing. It's not. Customer service isn't a fight with you and customers. It's assisting, helping people on a day of stress moving packing driving regionally across country. Not making their life more difficult. So happy to be leaving Florida, too many people have no respect or sense of shared community duty.

Upon arrival to pick up my truck the gentleman who greeted me was not very inviting, he asked me for my name I provided it and he instantly replied your at the wrong store. I explained that cant be right it gave me this address when I scheduled the booking, attempted to show him my phone he didnt ever look away from the screen. He just said well they have you at the 18th Ave s location; I ignored him and he continued on booking me with a truck. After I met him with nothing but kindness he softened up. When I got into the truck it was clean but it drove horribly. It rattled and sounded horrible shook at lights and the radio didnt work assuming that may be a thing now idk but in case its not Ill mention it. The app for Uhual freezes and takes forever to load so returning the truck took 30 minutes plus to get every picture and repeat several steps.Theres a step that asks how the truck drives so I attempted to add the issues and the app would not allow me to move forward unless I answered no issues occurred.
