Trailer Rental at U-Haul

I rented storage space and recently terminated my storage lease. The unit was clean, however it was small and the only space available at the time I needed it. The floor lighting was motion activated. When looking for something in the unit, the timer would shut off the light rendering it impossible to see. The entry door frequently malfunctioned leaving the entire building open to the public. Customer service was terrible. I asked to rent a larger unit when one became available. I was told to keep calling the office and when there was availability I could rent one. I asked if there was a waitlist and was told there wasnt. They wouldnt give me the courtesy as a leaseholder to call when a larger unit was available. They are a classic case of a business who has high demand and limited supply. They are unfriendly, unhelpful and terse in their responses to inquiries. They appear to not care for their customers.
