      image When we got there to pick up the car dolly, there was no connector for the lights and they were trying to tell us that we would have to drive across town to another location to pick one up. We said that it was their responsibility to have the equipment fully functional and ready to leave the parking lot when you make an appointment and they were not willing to go and get the "pigtail" we needed. We were going to just cancel and get out money back, but thankfully a car came in on a return and had one so we did not have to. However, I would never recommend this location or its rude customer service to anyone!
