I wouldn’t even call this a uhaul dealership, this is home. I was greeted by two lovely people that served every moving need I had. Get all your rental moving stuff here too, it’s cheaper than anywhere else we looked!

Kamaeha was very helpful & so pleasant. She made the experience of renting a truck extremely easily. She answered all the questions that I had. I was in & out in no time flat. She's an asset to the business. If I need to rent a truck again, I would surely go there.

Everything seemed to be going well, until I got my list of charges after return. I specifically opted out of the insurance coverage charge both online, and in person when I picked up the truck. I was still charged, and when called the store they said they couldn’t help me. They transferred me to customer service who then said that they needed to call the store to confirm. I’ve now been on hold for over 15 minutes and no clear resolution. I would be very careful, there are plenty of other locations around the beaches and I think any one of them would give a better experience.
