Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I got in an accident with a progressive driver who assumed liability. I went to get a rental, and it was so dirty - inside and out. I opened the driver door to find a pile of dirt on the driver seat, dirt throughout the car, and sticky stuff on the console. The response was we can vacuum it for you. I refused to take it and sought out other cleaner locations.

I am, or I was a gold member from Enterprise, I had a reservation on Friday Feb 16th 2024 at 10:00am, I got there to pick up the car at 10:40am, I was told my reservation is no good anymore, I told the lady at the counter that my flight was delayed, that is why I was late, means I lost my reservation? She told me yes, so I decide to get another Uber to go to a another location close to them to rent a vehicle, without a reservation of course, I was told they do not have any vehicles to rent. Well, I guess they lost a gold member. Hertz will be my new rental company.

Book some where else. Reserved a van for over a month prior to arrival. Called the day of to confirm time, was informed my reservation was cancelled because I never answer my phone to confirm. Never received any call, never received a voicemail. Use to work at enterprise, I know for a fact they dont cancel a reservation if the customer dont answer. Book with a different company.
