Lovely unit. Close to stores yet quiet. Awesome fitness center and so many walking paths. Golf golf Golf! We were there three and a a half months and entertained friends and family local and from out of state. The screened lanai and patio we're so perfect for relaxing. Kristina and PM I were incredibly receptive to the few needs we had. We love St Augustine and World Golf Village. Will be wintering there ongoing.

I will NEVER rent or use this property management company again. I had an awful experience that no one should have had to ever go through. They rented a property to me under false pretenses. I signed a lease and their actions were very unprofessional. In addition, the property I rented had water damage from the HVAC system backfilling into the house. They never once sought to fix it. Instead, I was instructed to use my towels to soak up the water. The water damage was deemed cosmetic. On two separate occasions the place had electrical issues which left me without power in two of the bedrooms for weeks at a time. They never fixed the problem they only put temporary bandaids on the problem. I went weeks without power and their solution was to try to use the builders to fix a property that was clearly out of the builders warranty.
