iTrip Vacations St. Augustine

*** Beware** Subcontractors/vendors/outsourcing Companies. The itrip in Saint Augustine thats run by David are not professional, not always honest to owner of the vacation homes and the outsourcing companies, rude, Lack on good communication. Known on nonpayment for the services you provide for them. Would not recommend working for them. Read the reviews on all the sites. Stay clear from this company!

The care and hospitality of iTrip is, in my estimation, unrivaled. The Crescent Beach unit was immaculate, perfect for our anniversary trip. Thank you for facilitating such a luxurious time away for my wife and I.

The house we stayed in was clean, but needed some updates. Gas grill didn't work, had propane but the ignitor was dead, rusted dryer, the complementary soaps were used bottles of V05 and Suave, duct tape on light switch, company needs to work on communication they sent the check in information to the wrong number. Bikes that were there to use had flat tires and were extremely rusted. The house is in a great location to beat all the negative issues. I will not be booking with this company again I hope this review helps others.

My wife and I stayed at one of these properties last month and it was fantastic! The unit was clean, tidy, and in great shape. When we had questions, the response from the team was timely and helpful. Would definitely use them again!
